This article contains instructions on how to setup user roles

You are able to set up users based on their functionality.
1. Click the New user button on the bottom right-hand side of the Users tab to set up
username/password and assign roles.
  • Username - This should be the email address of the user that you wish to set up.
  • Password - You may type in a temporary password which would be changed by the user when they login.
  • Administrator - This should be ticked if you are setting up an admin role user.
  • Roles - This option should be ticked so you can place the configuration on the given space below.
  • Name - aside from the email address as their identifier, you may also put their
    names here.
  • Office - The office that they manage.

especially for bigger firms that have a lot of users. This allows you to keep track of your
users much more easily.

Note: The Users List can be extracted by clicking the Export to CSV.

Example : To set up a user with a full admin role, they will have full admin access and can
set up users too. Choose the first option on the table which is fulladmin. Tick on the
administrator, roles, as well as name and office if needed. Put the necessary information like
the role configuration and click OK. The user setup will look like this :

4. Once the user has been set up they would have to go to the Apxium login page and reset
their password. They can do this by clicking on the forget password on the login box then put
in their username which is their email address and click on request reset.
