Remove / Disable Credit Card transaction fee for a specific client

We cannot turn off the 3% credit card transaction fee for a specific client as it’s a universal setting.

You may advise the client to use either a debit card or an ACH payment to avoid the fees.

Alternatively, if your client wants to use a credit card, then another option is for them to use the credit card and you can do a partial refund to them for the fee amount.
