Apxium Collect & Pay My Bill
Continuing the UI Upgrade
We continue to systematically update the user interface to a newer framework that offers more advanced functionality and a more up-to-date look and feel.
Some Apxium Collect and Pay My Bill dashboards have been upgraded to a newer version (all the grids except the Debtors and Engagements page).
The “Detailed View” tick box has been removed and now has a column selection, excel export, pick-list selection for filters for columns with set values, a right-click menu and a filter bar button.
When you choose the specific columns you wish to have, you can save this layout in your browser and that comes up automatically each time you go to the screen using either the layout menu or the menu with the three dots on the very right.
Account MFA Management
Multi-Function Authentication has been built to enhance the security of your Apxium Merchant dashboard.
Check this article for more information on how to set up MFA for your Apxium dashboard users
New Admin Menu
The New Admin page shows you the Emails and SMS Sent Reports. You can select specific columns you only wish to see on this page and enable the filter bar.
On the Emails Sent page, you can also see here a preview of the emails that were sent and the email addresses that the emails were sent to. You can also easily search all clients or entities associated with a specific email address.
If SMSs are enabled, you can see all SMSs sent to your clients as well as the message content and the mobile numbers of the SMSs that were sent.
User Roles
We are happy to share that one of Apxium’s most requested features is now available.
If you wish to assign a specific role for your Apxium dashboard users, you can simply edit the username, untick the Merchant Administrator box and select permissions from the drop-down menu. You can select multiple roles as needed.
There is now a full read-only user for collections with access to all the menus, but no ability to change anything (we already had debtors and reports available, this now adds engagements, VPOS, settlements and payments, users and e-mail.

Synching MYOB Allocations to Apxium
For MYOBAE users with the new Apxium Sync engine
The system now consolidates and better describes MYOBAE allocations from one bill to another. These will now show as a single 'Adjustment' rather than a line for each individual BillLine.External Payments Description
When an external manual payment is applied in MYOB, the system will reflect whatever payment type description is selected from the menu in MYOB.
If you use the Virtual POS menu in Apxium and selected “Apxium" as the payment type when applying a manual payment in MYOB, that will sync as “External Allocation” only.
Note: For those who are already using MYOB Full synchronisation version, our Support Specialist will reach out to you within a couple of weeks to arrange a satellite update to install the above updates.
For MYOBAE users with the old sync version:
Over the next few weeks, we will be rolling out the migration of all of our MYOBAE merchants to the full synchronisation version and our Support Specialist will reach out to you to arrange a schedule for migration.
Stay tuned for a few more updates coming very soon!
