Payment Processing and Reconciliations

The payment system is live, it is taking payments around the clock and these get cash posted by Star as they are made.

The payment cutoff for both Credit Card and ACH is 9:30 pm EST. Any payment made before that time gets processed by Payrix as same-day payments and payments after that are processed as following-day payments. 

We synchronize with Star every hour and as we take payments, those payments are in Star within the hour, or often less, depending on which part of that hour the payment was made in.
