Payment error message: payment.routing - Valid ABA routing number required

The error "payment.routing - Valid ABA routing number required" generally means that the routing number used is not either a valid routing number with the American Bankers Association or that the routing number does not exist in Payrix's database.

If the routing number does not exist in Payrix's database, they should be able to add it. Once added, the transaction should be able to process.

Please provide the routing number being used and we will forward it to Payrix so they can review it to see if it needs to be added to their database.
