When the client keeps getting an ‘Error Validating Card’ and had contacted and verified all information with their bank (numbers, zip code, etc.,).
In most cases, this error would appear if something is not correct with the credit card details that clients have entered. Most often, they are using the zip code that is not registered with their bank or they have recently moved and missed changing the address with the bank.
They have to ensure that all the details they enter match with the bank records, otherwise the credit card authorization will fail.
If all the details entered match bank records and the payment will still not go through, contact us to provide the name on the card that was being used and we'll forward it to Payrix for further investigation.
