The Offer email is the first document that will be sent to the client as soon as you hit Make Offer.
The email states brief information about the solutions you are offering with your business contact information should they need to ask further questions.
By clicking the View Service Offer button, the clients will be directed to their own Audit Safe dashboard.
Resending an Offer Email
You can resend any type of email listed on the 'Email Sent' page, including Audit Safe Offer emails, payment confirmations, and etc.
- Go to the Emails tab of your Audit Safe dashboard and search for the client.
- Right-click on the Offer email sent to the client and it will show you the email sent to the client.
- Copy and paste the content and email It to the client.
