      SOR Instalment Payments Schedule

      How to view the SOR instalment schedule of your client.

      To view the SOR Instalment Payments schedule on your merchant dashboard, left-click on the debtor name and choose “Instalment Payments”. 


      The Instalments Payments page shows you the SOR instalment schedule, instalment fees, amount to debit per schedule, associated invoices,  payment type and hashed details of the payment method they used.

       

      Merchant administrators are also able to view the email communications sent to the client.
