If a borrower has not received the referral email, you can re-send it through the system by following the steps below:
Steps to Re-send the Referral Email:
1. Locate the Borrower
Right-click on the borrower’s name whom you wish to re-send the referral email to.
2. Select the Email Option
Click Send/Re-send Introductory Email from the context menu.
3. Update Email Details (Optional)
Before sending, you may update or modify the email content or borrower details as needed.
4. Preview the Email (Optional)
To see how the email will appear to the borrower, click Preview Referral Email.
5. Send the Email
Once you're satisfied with the content, click Send Email to complete the process.
Troubleshooting
If the borrower indicates they haven’t received the email:

Ask them to check their Spam or Junk folders.
