[APX Auto (Direct Debiting Invoices)](https://support.apxium.com/knowledge/apxium-collect?hsLang=en#apx-auto-direct-debiting-invoices) # Filtering Invoices with APXAuto Invoices and Payment Method The **Invoices** menu has been updated with a new grid that now includes the following additional columns: - **APXAuto?** - **Has APXAuto Payment Method** These updates allow users to better track and manage invoices that are set up for automatic payments via APX Auto. --- ### **Customise Your View** You can personalise the **Invoices** grid by selecting which columns appear. Simply navigate to the right-hand side of the screen, open the **Columns** panel, and tick the fields you want to display. This allows you to tailor the data view based on your workflow and preferences. --- ### **Filtering Options** To filter and view invoices that are set up with APX Auto: 1. Open the **Filter Bar** (top right of the menu). 2. Under the **APXAuto?** filter, select **Yes**. 3.
