The Invoices menu has been updated with a new grid that now includes the following additional columns:
- APXAuto?
- Has APXAuto Payment Method
These updates allow users to better track and manage invoices that are set up for automatic payments via APX Auto.
Customise Your View
You can personalise the Invoices grid by selecting which columns appear. Simply navigate to the right-hand side of the screen, open the Columns panel, and tick the fields you want to display. This allows you to tailor the data view based on your workflow and preferences.
Filtering Options
To filter and view invoices that are set up with APX Auto:

Open the Filter Bar (top right of the menu).

Under the APXAuto? filter, select Yes.

You may also filter by Has APXAuto Payment Method to narrow results.
This will display all invoices with active APX Auto configurations.
Important Notes on Scheduled Payment Dates

The Scheduled Payment Date column only appears for current or past due invoices using APX Auto.

Future-dated APX Auto invoices will not display a scheduled payment date until they become current or past due.
