Filtering Debtors with APX Auto Arrangement
There are different ways how to filter APXAuto invoices and APXAuto payment method in the Apxium dashboard.
The Invoice Menu shows you all your APXAuto invoices. On your dashboard, select the Invoices menu > click the columns tab on the right side and tick APX Auto. Filter Yes under APX Auto column to access all the APX Auto Invoices.
Debtors with APX Auto Payment Method
To see the list of all debtors with APX Auto Payment Method, simply go to Filters Menu and tick APX Auto Payment Method box.
The Debtor dashboard with the APXAuto Payment Method shows you clients that have a saved auto debit payment method. You will see an A icon on the right.
Debtors with APX Auto Payment Scheduled
The Debtor dashboard with the APX Auto Payment Scheduled shows you the clients that have an active debit schedule. ie both a current invoice and a payment method
Note: As soon as the APXAuto Payment Methods are added for debtors with APX Auto invoices, they will be included in the list with APXAuto Payment Scheduled will show.
