Note: Engagement Question Emails are being sent to the merchant's general mailbox by default. 

There is a configurable option to send these to the partner instead of a generic mailbox. Please contact Apxium Support if you wish this to be configured.

 

Engagement Acceptance Emails

Engagements Acceptance E-mails to the merchant show important information such as the person who accepted the engagement, the name of the partner and the time stamp of acceptance.

Note: Engagements Acceptance E-mails are being sent to the merchant's general mailbox by default.  There is also a configurable option to send the engagement acceptance e-mails to the Partner instead of the generic mailbox if desired.

A PDF can optionally be generated at acceptance time and sent to either the merchant or the client (or both) with the acceptance e-mails.  See sample PDF copy.
