Email Activity Tracking for Apxium Communications
Currently, Apxium has limited email tracking capabilities. While the system confirms when emails have been successfully sent, it does not track:

Whether the email was received in the client’s inbox

Whether the email was opened or viewed
-
Any downstream engagement metrics such as clicks or replies
This limitation exists due to the architecture of our email delivery system, which is built on AWS (Amazon Web Services). The current structure does not support email engagement tracking, and there are no plans in the near future to introduce such reporting features.
Future Outlook
At this stage, no enhancements are expected regarding email tracking due to system design limitations.
