      Schedule of Data import to Apxium System

      Schedule of data import from your accounting system to the Apxium system. Sending of invoices and reminder communications still occurs overnight. 

      Australia 

      Xero users - syncs to Apxium within an hour

      MYOB AE/AO, GreatSoft and APS users (upgraded sync version) - syncs to Apxium every 2 hours

      APS (Non-full sync version) - syncs to Apxium during overnight processor run.

      United Kingdom

      CCH users - syncs to Apxium every 2 hours

      STAR users - syncs to Apxium every 2 hours

      North America

      CCH users - syncs to Apxium every 2 hours

      STAR users - syncs to Apxium every 2 hours

       

      If an invoice is created and full payment is applied prior to the sync schedule, the system won't import the invoice to your Apxium dashboard.
