Creating an Offer or Subscription

On your Data Extracted from Accounting Package page [for Integrated System Users*], right-click on an Entity or Group you wish to send an offer to and choose to Create Subscription.

Note: The billing entity on each group is easily identified with an asterisk next to it.

 

 

Subscription Name
The client does not see this. This is for your reference only. It can be the same name as the entity you selected or assign a subscription name.

Partner Name
You can also change this if need be. Simply select from the drop-down menu.

Client Type & Fee Amount
The options here are imported from the Universal Pricing Table. You can also override the universal pricing by manually typing your new “fee amount”.

Billing Entity
You are able to change this by simply ticking the box next to the entity you wish to select. The offer window also shows which entities have an email address attached.

 

The information in the Offer Window is customisable and can be easily edited. It gives you the option of changing the pricing for that client, adding or removing entities, changing partners, changing email addresses, changing the billing entity (if with multiple entities in the group) and etc.

 

 

Updating the email address in the Audit Safe Dashboard

Note that when you change an email address on this screen, the system will send the Offer Email and any other documentation to the new email address. However, once the client made a payment, all payment-related emails such as "Pending Payment Confirmation or Payment Confirmation" will be sent to the original billing entity email.

The rest of the email or relevant documentation will be sent to the new email address entered.

 

You can add new entities if you wish to by selecting from the Search list. The entities listed on this page come from your database.

 

 

You are also able to add an ad hoc entity if needed.

 

Note: You cannot choose the ad-hoc entity as the billing entity as it is not associated with an entity in the Accounting package.

 

At the bottom of the Offer Window, you will also see the options Cancel, Save, and Submit.

When you click Save, the Entity or Group subscription will move to the Being Edited section
of your workflow.

When you click Submit, the Entity or Group subscriptions will move to the Submitted section.

Integrated System Users - Firms using Xero, MYOB, APS, CCH or GreatSoft

 


 

Create New 

This is another way to create a new offer. On your Audit Safe Workflow (left-side menu tab), click on Create New to create a subscription from scratch.

This functionality is only applicable to Non-Integrated System users and does not work with any of our Integrated System users 

 

 

Important Note: 

Audit Safe is limited to one active offer per debtor as the debtor dashboard doesn't cope with more than one. The previous offer must be declined before a new offer can be made.
