Communication Data for Stamements Configuration

Important Note for STAR users:

Once the Statements or Reminders are enabled in Apxium, the action taken will depend on the status of the “No Statement” button. If unchecked and an email is present in STAR, Apxium will send the document. If the button is checked, Apxium will not send the document.

Important Note for Practice Engine users:

Once the Statements or Reminders are enabled in Apxium, the action taken will depend on the status of the following buttons in your Practice Engine. If buttons are ticked and an email is present in Practice Engine, Apxium will send the document.
