Cancelling a SOR schedule

If there's a need to cancel a SOR schedule due for whatever reason, please contact Apxium Support. This can only be done by Apxium Administrators.

Please be aware that when cancelling a SOR schedule, the outstanding amount needs to be refunded to Apxium and in turn to our wholesale lenders. Also, the instalment fees taken from the client will not be returned.

Once cancelled, any remaining amount will reflect as outstanding in the Apxium dashboard. You or the client can then arrange to make the payment.

In order to proceed with the request, we will need an email authorising us to cancel the schedule.
