Authorising a GreatSoft- MYOB Practice Manager Auth Token

1. Copy the provided Apxium URL.

2. Enter username and password provided. 
3. Once logged in you will see your company logo. 
4. Navigate to the Admin menu and select GreatSoft Connection

5. Click on “Authorize Read/Write access token”.

 

6. This will open GreatSoft- MYOB Practice Manager tab. 
7. Enter your GreatSoft- MYOB Practice Manager log on details. 

 

 

8. MFA authentication is required for granting access. If MFA hasn’t been set up on the account, then you need to go back to the normal login and enable MFA as it can’t be done from this  section.

9. Click on “Allow Access” as per below.

10. Your browser will take you back to your previous Apxium screen. You can now close your browser.

11. Please inform Apxium when access has been granted and we will populate your dashboard with your current invoices. Please note that the environment will be benign and it is not possible to effect any changes in GreatSoft- MYOB Practice Manager via the above process.
