Audit Safe - Email Reminders
If the client hasn't accepted, the system does a follow-up reminder.
The first reminder automatically goes out 2 weeks after the offer is sent.
You are able to force the sending of the first reminder without waiting for the automated email.
Simply go to the Offer section, right-click on the client/group name and click Send first reminder email immediately.
The next and final reminder will be sent 4 weeks after the first reminder.
