Apxium has now integrated with FYI, bringing a new level of efficiency and convenience to our practices!
This powerful integration means that practices using Apxium Collect and Apxium Audit Safe can now automatically file engagements and prepaid compliance service agreements directly into FYI, against a selected cabinet.
Step 1 - Contact Apxium support
Step 2 - Establishing FYI Connection
The connection to FYI is done via the Admin > FYI Connection page.
Click on the hyperlink on the page.
Step 3 - Connecting FYI to Apxium
The link will open in FYI under the Apxium App.
Click on the Connect button.
Step 4 - Generating Access and Secret Key IDs
This will create an Access Key ID and a Secret Key ID.
Step 5 - Updating API Tokens in Apxium
Copy the keys from FYI into the FYI Connection page in Apxium.
Click Update API Token.

Step 6 - Verifying Connectivity Between Apxium and FYI
This will connect your Apxium to your FYI and confirm that there is a working token to access FYI.
Step 7 - Configuring FYI Filing Settings
The radio buttons allow the user to configure what is filed in FYI and the Cabinet to file in.
Any Engagements in Apxium can be filed in FYI automatically.
Step 8 - Manually Filing Accepted Engagements in FYI
It is also possible to manually file Accepted Engagements in FYI via the menu item in the Engagements section of Apxium.
