The Active Instalment Schedules report lets you easily view all active client instalment agreements — whether they are funded (PFF) or non-funded. This report helps you stay on top of payment statuses, track upcoming instalments, and monitor overall account performance.
How to Access
To view active instalments:

From your dashboard, go to the top menu bar.

Click Reports.
-
Select Active Instalment Agreements from the dropdown list.
What’s Included in the Report
Each row in the report represents a debtor with an active schedule.
You’ll find the following details:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Debtor Name | Name of the client or trust under instalment. |
Debtor Code | System-generated code identifying the debtor. |
SOR? | Indicates if the instalment is part of a Schedule of Repayments. |
Creation Date | When the instalment schedule was created. |
Final Payment Date | Date when the last payment is due. |
Payment Frequency | How often payments are made (Monthly, Weekly, Fortnightly). |
Payment Term | Total duration of the instalment plan. |
Outstanding Payments | Number of remaining payments. |
Outstanding Total | Total unpaid balance. |
Instalment Amount | Amount due per payment. |
