This report helps you stay on top of payment statuses, track upcoming instalments, and monitor overall account performance. ### How to Access To view active instalments: 1. From your dashboard, go to the top menu bar. 2. Click **Reports**. 3. You’ll find the following details: | Column | Description | | --- | --- | | **Debtor Name** | Name of the client or trust under instalment. | | **Debtor Code** | System-generated code identifying the debtor. | | **SOR?** | Indicates if the instalment is part of a Schedule of Repayments. | | **Creation Date** | When the instalment schedule was created. | | **Final Payment Date** | Date when the last payment is due. | | **Payment Frequency** | How often payments are made (Monthly, Weekly, Fortnightly). | | **Payment Term** | Total duration of the instalment plan. | | **Outstanding Payments** | Number of remaining payments. | | **Outstanding Total** | Total unpaid balance. | | **Instalment Amount** | Amount due per payment. | ### Why Use This Report?
