      What does each SOR icon mean?


      SR     - Has active SOR instalment agreement.
      SRO  - Has special SOR instalment offer.

      SR SRO - Has active SOR instalment agreement & has a new special SOR instalment offer waiting to be accepted by the client.

      SR SO - Has active SOR instalment agreement & has new special vanilla (non-SOR) instalment offer waiting to be accepted by the client.

      T SR -  Has active SOR instalment agreement & has active special vanilla (non-SOR) instalment
